PRAYER BLOG - DECEMBER 28

Greetings,

Jeremiah 4:19 - 22
 "My bowels, My bowels! I am pained at my very heart; my heart maketh a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because thou hast heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war.  Destruction upon destruction is cried, for the whole land is spoiled:  suddenly are my tents spoiled, and my curtains in a moment.   . . for My people is foolish, they have not known Me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding:  they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge."

END OF THE YEAR.
It is the close of the year, and time to prepare for ending this year and beginning the new year.   Our focus is to see wherein our past year has been in joy and sorrows.  And to wait upon the Lord to go through the new year in strength and power in Him and through His Presence.   There are two things that I take away from 2018 and that I foretell you for the new year.
1.  2018 has increased and heightened the judgements of God
--My bowels; pained in my heart; for I hear the trumpet warning of the destruction upon destruction to come;  When? suddenly and in a moment;   why?   for My people, the church, have not known Me, they have no understanding;    Our nation is wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

My Bowels; My heart; My pain; My ears what they hear - Why these phrases?  Because of what has transpired in recent years, but much more specifically this year.   These phrases in these verse is a mirror of our current plight at the close of this year.   Over the last decade God has been teaching me and revealing to me His nature in judgement throughout the bible and throughout history.   Those lessons of God's hand going out against a nation, against His people reveals what we see and is happening now.   Somewhere in the middle of the year, God revealed and spoke to me about the judgements, the remedial judgements of what was happening and to identify them.  Over the years I have shared these prayer concerns with you that have followed along and prayed with me and for me.  But this year, about June I believe, God showed me that we had escalated in frequency of these judgements and gone above the norm and had entered into EPIDEMICS.  I have shared the 6 epidemics with you on the prayer blog consistently.   And what do these reveal and show?   Destruction upon destruction.   so how much more is the sorrow when you share it with other prayer and church leaders and they don't see it, or refuse to do anything about it.

I believe that what the Lord has taught me in the means of praying and seeing these things is that God 'looks for a man' to stand in the gap among these disasters.   Therefore I have employed for my own prayer times as well as seeking others to join me in prayer against these epidemic.  I believe the only thing that will end these epidemics is a spirit of prevailing prayer.   A prayer so bent on seeing God's glory and so urgent because life and death is upon all our nation that we must prevail.   And I hold firmly in the promise of Luke, where Christ said, 'if two of you agree as touching anything here on earth, it shall be done for you in heaven.'    Uniting together to see the 'destruction upon destruction' is overwhelming and it must be engaged in prevailing prayer.

Now the cause of these epidemics, is due directly to our nations choice to forsake and forget God.  This has entered into the church as well.  Thus, the verses here that condemns that 'For My people are foolish and do not know Me'.  His people, yes, in this reference it is Israel, or Judah; but today it is His church, His bride.  They do not read the Word of God, nor do they know the God of the Word.  Thus evil is doubled in our day, in these last decades and we are steam rolling to destruction.   And there is almost NONE in the church leadership that I see that is urgent or fervent or alarmed at what is happening.

We must have an agreement that sees the 'handwriting on the wall' and seek to prevail while there is still time.   I believe soon our time will be up; yea, even maybe next year.   Especially, considering how severe the epidemics are and how much refusal there is to see God's glory.   The church must return to holiness;  be broken and contrite.   Only when the church gets to where they need to be, shall it overflow into the streets, homes and society.   One cannot expect society to change, if the church is still powerless, Presence-less and passionate-less.   This is one of the great needs for revival in our day.

2.   2019   will see a continued increase and greater presence of evil upon the church.
With the rise in the epidemics, and the time of Satan here on earth coming to a close, he will work more than ever against the church.   The rest of the world has seen it and gone through it, we have not.  Yet, our time is coming that Christians will be more hated, more reviled and the church under more scrutiny.  I fear we are not ready for such a time.  But it will be a purging of the body of Christ, like never before.

If you missed my earlier posts over the last month, misionary groups are forecasting that they will complete within 10 - 15years, reaching every people groups and language with the Gospel.   It is astounding to consider that in our life time this is going to happen.  But this also means at the end of those 10 years, that the next stage of prophecy will be set into motion.  And in that stage the church will not be 'raptured' out but will go through tribulation and great tribulation.   The witness to the world will be complete, then the wrath of God shall be unleashed as written in the 7 seals, 7 trumpets, and 7 vials poured out on the earth.   But I also believe that perhaps before the close of this next 10 years, the world revival will come and usher as some have prophesied 1 billion souls into the kingdom.  And almost always there is a great revival then a great conflict.  A great conflict that will claim billions of souls as well.   HOw it all works out only the Lord knows.  But this is where we are as we enter the new year.

whatever your resolve let it be this, 'to be all for the Lord'.   Use these days and this next year in great preparation of knowing God, more in prayer, and more intentional in witnessing.
blessed new year to you

EPIDEMICS:

somewhere along this year, God spoke and revealed to this poor sinner, that all the wrath, judgements, remedial judgements and His anger that was hot against our nation and against the church was rising and escalating.   The severity was rising so fast over these last years, that I could not keep up with most of it.  Until, I started to match in Scripture with the judgements on Israel and Judah and the other heathen nations.   Then I was able to categorize them into groups.   Out of that came the 6 levels of judgements.   But due to the consistency and severity the Lord revealed that it was no longer simple judgements once a month or every other month, but it was weekly, yea, daily.   And that it was no longer just simply judgements or remedial judgements, but that God's anger was so hot, it had escalated into EPIDEMICS.

At this revelation, the urgency, fervency took over of just how far we have fallen, and how much God was doing against us.   Reaching out to church and prayer leaders, is simply was not received.  It is left to the remnant that do see and do understand to know our place for such a time as this.  It is to wage the spiritaul warfare.  It is to recognzie Satan's devices, schemes and ploys and defeat him.
What's at stake?  It is to prevail for our Lord.   Whole families, future, eterntiy hangs in the balances for so many and this is the warfare we are called to wage.    Let us be found faithful as we go into the new year ready to see God's hand grant us the desires of our heart.

As I shared with the churches yesterday and prayed in my time, whatever has been left undone for 2018, whatever has been left unanswered, let us carry it into 2019 and more fierce about seeing it accomplished done.   Lost souls, saved;  miracles, mercies, power bestowed, and definitely more holy in our personal walk, and for the church.

Consider the destruction upon destruction:
--drugs overdose deaths, probably for 2018 back down to around 60,000;
--alcohol related deaths - 80,000 - 90,000;
--homicides - over 20,000
--suicides - over 50,000

Almost a 1/4 of a million deaths through these 4 means of destruction.   Where do we begin?  right here.   Consider the work of Satan on the lives, the minds and hearts and the homes and streets and see wherein his devices are found.   Herein is our spiritual warfare to be waged.

THE ACTIVITY OF GOD IN THE BIBLE - I KINGS

The Activity of God

Going through the Bible, book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse, phrase by phrase and word by word to give attention to the following:
--the Names of God;
--the word & deeds of God;
--the sayings of God;
--the attributes of God;

Too often the churches weakness and the Christians weakness is found in this one sin, 'we do not know God'.  We have not studied the Bible, nor Him to learn more of Him.  Seeking that this might be a help for myself and others in this pursuit that each of us 'may grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord.'

3:5    In Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night:  and God said, Ask what I shall give thee.    God appears to Solomon in a dream at night;  And God said/spoke;  God gives him alowance to ask what the Lord should give him.
3:6     Thou hast shewed unto Thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before Thee in truth, and in righteousness and in uprightness of heart with Thee; and Thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that Thou hast given him a son to sit on his trhone, as it is this day.    God shows His servants great mercy, for God is mercy;   God knows those that walk before Him in truth and righteousness and upright of heart;   God keeps great kindness for His Own;  God gave him a son to sit on the throne as God keeps His covenant He promised to David;

8:15     Blessed be the Lord God God of ISrael, which spake with His mouth unto David my father, and hath with His hand fulfilled it, saying,    God is blessings and gives blessings;  And God said/spake (2);  God's mouth spoke it;  God's hand fulfilled it;
8:16     since the day that I brought forth My people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build an house, that My Name might be therein; but I chose David to be over My people Israel.    God brought Israel out of Egypt;   God's had not chose city, place or hosue for His Names to be therein;   God chose DAvid to over His people Israel;
8:17     for the Name of the Lord God of Israel     God's Name to be worshipped in His house;
8:18     And the Lord said unto David my father, Whereas it was in thine heart to build an house unto My Name, thou didst well that it was in thine heart.    And God said/spoke;   God's Name to be worshipped in His house;
8:19     he shall built the house unto My Name     God declares that David shall not build the house, but Solomon shall build the house unto His great name;

8:22     stood before the altar of the Lord     God's altar;
8:23     And he said, Lord God of Israel, there is no God like Thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, Who keepest covenant and mercy with Thy servants that walk before Thee with all their heart.     God is God, God of heaven and earth and there is no other;   God keeps covenant and mercy with those that walk with Him with all their heart;
8:24     Who has kept with Thy servant David my father that Thou promisedst him:  Thou spakest also with Thy mouth and hast fulfilled it with Thine hand as it is this day.    God keeps His promises;  God's servant is known by God;   And God said/spake;   God's mouth spoke it;  God's hand fulfilled;
8:25    Therefore now, Lord God of Israel keep with Thy servant David my father that Thou promisedst him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in My sight to sit on the throne of Israel;  so that thy children take heed to their way, that they walk before Me as thou hadst walked before Me.    God keeps what He promised to His servant;   And God said/spake;  God shall see and direct those that sit on the throne;   God see if his children will walk before the Lord rightly as He saw David did;
8:26     And now, O God of Israel, let Thy Word, I pray Thee, be verified, which Thou spakest unto Thy servant David my father.    God's Word to be verified;   And God said/spoke (2);   God's servant David;
8:27     But will God indeed dwell on the earth?  behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain Thee; how much less this house that I have builded?    I will's of God that He dwells in heaven and earth;   God is beyond being contained by heaven or a house;
8:28     Yet have Thou respect unto the prayer of Thy servant, and to His supplication, O Lord my God, to hearken unto the cry and to the prayer, which Thy servant prayeth before thee today.    God hears His servants prayers and will chose whether HE has respect unto them or not;   God hears the cry and the prayer of His servants that are prayed before Him today.
8:29    That Thine eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which Thou hast said, My Name shall be there:  that Thou mayest hearken unto the prayer which Thy servant shall make toward this place.     God's eyes to be open toward Jerusalem and the temple, night and day;   And God said/spoke;  God's Name shall abide there;   God hears the prayers offered by His servant toward this place;
8:30     Hearken Thou to the supplication of Thy servant, and of Thy people Israel, when they shall pray toward this place:  and hear Thou in heaven Thy dwelling place:  and when Thou hearest, forgive.    God hears His servants and His people when they offer supplication;   God hears in heaven where God dwells;   God hears confession and forgives;
8:31    the oath come before Thine altar in this house    God's hosue has God's altar where oaths are made and God hears;
8:32     then hear Thou in heaven and do and jduge Thy servants, condemning the wicked to bring his way upon his head; and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.    God hears in heaven;  God judges and does for His servants;   God condemsn the wicked;  God justifies the righteous;  God gives according to the righteous;
8:33     when thy people Israel be smitten down before the enemy, because they hae sinned against Thee, and shall turn again to Thee, and confess Thy Name, and pray and make supplication unto Thee in this house.    God's people Israel;   God sees and knows why and when they shall be smitten down because of sin;   God sees and knows those that will turn again to Him;  God hears those that confess His Name and pray unto Him, making supplication in HIs house;
8:34     then hear Thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of Thy people Israel, and bring them again unto the land which Thou gavest unto their fathers.    God hears and abides in heaven;  God forgives the truly penitent of His people;   God is able to bring them into His promised land;   God gave them the land;
8:35     because they have sinned against Thee; if they pray toward this place, and confess Thy Name, and turn from their sin, when Thou afflictest them    God sees and knows those that sin against Him;   God hears and knows those that pray toward Him and confess their sins and His Name;   God sees if they turn from their sin;  God afflicts them for their folly;
8:36    Then hear Thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of Thy servant and of Thy people Israel, that Thou teach them the good way wherein they should walk, and give rain upon Thy land, which Thou hast given to Thy people for an inheritance.    God hears from heaven to forgive His servants and His people, Israels sins;   God to teach them the good way to walk;   God is able to give or withhold rain from the land;   God gave inheritance to them as His people;
8:38     or by all Thy people Israel    God sees, hears and knows His people when prayer and supplication is offered;
8:39     Then hear Thou in heaven Thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every man, according to his ways, whose heart Thou knowest:  (for Thou even Thou only, knowest the hearts of all the children of men;)      God hears in heaven;  God dwells in His heavenly place;   God is able and willing to forgive, do and give according to man's ways;   God knows their ways and their hearts;
8:40     That they may fear Thee all the days that they live in the land which Thou gavest unto our fathers.    the fear of the Lord;  God gave them the land;
8:41     a stranger that is not of Thy people Israel, but cometh out of a far coutnry for thy Name's sake;    God knows His people and those that are strangers;  God knows and sees when they come because of His great Name's sake;
8:42     (For they shall hear of Thy great Name, and of Thy strong hand, and of Thy stretched out arm;) when he shall come and pray toward this house;    God's Name is great and greatly to e praised;  God's hand is strong;  God's arm is stretched out;  God hears their prayers in His house;
8:43    Hear Thou in heaven Thy dwelling place, and do according ot all that the stranger calleth to Thee for:   that all people of the earth, may know Thy Nmae, to fear Thee, as do Thy people Israel; . . .is called by Thy Name.    God hears and dwells in heaven;   God is able and willing to do according ot that which men call upon Him for;   God's Name to be known in the earth, to be feared; the fear of the Lord   God's people fear Him;   God's house where they call upon His great Name;
8:44     If Thy people go out ot battle against their enemy, whithersoever Thou shalt send them, and shall pray unot the Lord toward the city which Thou hast chosen. . . built for Thy Name.    God's people are sent by God to battle their enemeies;   God hears and sees their prayers that they pray towards Him; God chose city and God's house built unto His great Name;

17:20     And he cried unto the Lord, and said, O Lord my God, hast Thou also brought evil upon the widow with whom I sojourn, by slaying her son?    God hears and sees all that is spoken and prayed by His servant;   God allows and causes evil to be brought upon men;
17:21     and cried unto the Lord, and said, O Lord my God, I pray Thee, let this child's soul come into him again.    God hears and sees the prayers of His children;    God is to be prayed to for life among the dead;   Omnipotent;
17:22     And the Lord heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.    God hears and answers His servant;   God gives life to the dead;  God revives;
17:24     Now by this I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in thy mouth is truth.     God's man is known;  And God said/spoke;   God's word is truth;
Chapter 18
18:1     after many days that the word of the Lord came to Elijah in the third year, saying, Go, shew thyself unto Ahab; and I will send rain upon the earth.    and God said/spoke;   God gives Elijah directive of what to do;  I will's of God to send rain;
18:3    Now Obadiah feared the Lord greatly.    the fear of the Lord;
18:4    when Jezebel cut off the prophets of the Lord    God's prophets cut off by wicked Jezebel;
18:10     As the Lord thy God liveth,    God liveth for ever and ever;
18:12    that the Spirit of the Lord shall carry thee whither I know not. . . but I thy servant fear the Lord from my youth.    God's Spirit carries whtihter He willeth;   the fear of the Lord;
18:13    when Jezebel slew the prophets of the Lord, how I hid an hundred men of the Lord's prophets by fifty      God's prophets slew by Jezebel;   Lord's prophets;
18:15    As the Lord of hosts liveth, before whom I stand     God liveth for ever and ever;
18:18    in that ye have forsaken the commandments of the Lord    the Lord commanded;  God's commandments forsaken;
18:21     How long halt ye between two opinions? if the Lord be God, follow him    God is God and to be followed;
18:22    I, even I only, remain a prophet of the Lord    God's prophet, Elijah that remains;
18:24     I will call on the name of the Lord, and the God that answereth by fire, let Him be God.    God answers when His servants call;   God is God;   God's Name to be called upon;
18:30    and he repaired the altar of the Lord that was broken down.     God's altar repaired and offered upon;
18:31    unto whom the word of the Lord came, saying, Israel shall be thy name.    And God said/spoke;  God's Word comes to Israel as His people;
18:32     he built an altar in the Name of the Lord    God's Name worshipped and honored in offerings upon His altar;
18:36    Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that Thou art God in Israel. . .at Thy word.    God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel;   God of Israel;   God's Word came to God's man;   And God said/spoke;
18:37    Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that Thou art the Lord God and that Thou hast turned their heart back again.    God hears His servants;   God is the Lord God;   God turns hearts back again to Him;
18:38     Then the fire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice    God's fire falls and consumes the offerings;
18:39     The Lord He is the God; the Lord, He is the God.     God is God;  God is the Lord;
18:41 - 45    God hears Elijahs prayers and sends the rain promised;
18:46     And the hand of the Lord was on Eliajh    God's hand on God's man, the prophet Elijah;
Chapter 19
19:4    It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life    God is petitioned for death in this troublous time;  God determines life and death of all;
19:7     And the angel of the Lord came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat    God's angel aids Elijah, with food, water and rest;
19:8    the mount of God    God's mount where He met Elijah after 40 days of fasting by Elijah;
19:9    behold, the word of the Lord came ot him and HE said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah?    And God said/spoke;  God calls Elijah into question;   God asks that which He already knows;
19:10    And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts:  for the children of Israel have forsaken Thy covenant, thrown down Thy altars, and slain Thy prophets with the sword;     God of hosts is the Lord;   God's children, God's covenant; God's altar; God's prophets have been forsaken and slain;
19:11    And He said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord.  And, behold, the Lord passed by. . . break in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind:  but the Lord was not in the earthquake.    And God said/spoke;   God gives directive for Elijah to go forth on mount before Him;   God pass by;   God sees and knows of wind that broken in pieces before Him, but He is not in it;  God sees and knows earthquake, but God is not in it;
19:12     but the Lord was not in the fire:  and after the fire a still small voice;    God sees and knows the fire but God is not in it;   God sees, hears and knows the voice;  God is in the voice;
19:13    And iw was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantel and went out and stood in the entering in of the cave.  And, behold, there came a voice unto him and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?    God is not directly mentioned here, but all other activity is specific to say, 'God was not in this';  but that is not said here, and Elijahs is asked the same question that previously asked by the Lord God;   And God said/spoke;  God's voice;
19:14    I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts; because the children of Israel have forsaken Thy covenant, thronw down Thine altars, and slain Thy prophets with the sword    God of hosts is the Lord;   God's children; God's covenant; God's altars; God's propehts they have forsaken and slain;

20:14    By whom? and he said, Thus saith the Lord, Even by the young men of the princes of the provinces    And God said/spoke;   God declared through His prophets what Ahab was to do for victyory against Israel's enemy;
20:22   God declares through prophet that which shall be;  Omniscient; Omnipresent;
20:28    And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and siad, Thus saith the Lord, Because the syrians have said, The Lord is God of the hills, but He is not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I am the Lord.    God sends His man to speak to Ahab;  And God said/spoke;   God is God of hills and valleys;  God had heard their reproach upon Him;  I will's of God to deliver huge hosts into ahabs hands;   God is to be know as the Lord of all;
20:35     And a certain man of the sons of the prophets said unto his neighbour in the word of the Lord, Smite me, I pray thee     God's prophets called and sent to Ahab;  And God said/spoke;
20:36    Because thou hast not obeyed the voice of the Lord, behold as soon as thou art departed from me, a lion shall slay thee.  And as soon as he was departed from him, a lion found him, and slew him    God's Word to be obeyd;  God's word not obeyed and he was destroyed by the lion;   God's Word comes to pass;  Omniscient;  Omnipresent;
20:42     And he said unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Because thou hast let go out of thy hand a man whom I appointed to utter destruction therefore thy life shall go for his life, and thy people for his people.    And God said/spoke;   God had appointed him to destruction;  God appoints Ahab and Israel to destruction for his folly;
Chapter 21
21:3     The Lord forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.    God forbids land to be given away;
21:10     Thou didst blaspheme God and the king     God's Name is not to be blasphemed;
21:13     Naboth did blaspheme God and the king    God's Name is not to be blasphemed;

21:22     And will make thine house like . . .. for the provcations wherewith thou hast provoked me to anger, and made Israel to sin.    I will's of God to cut off his house like Jeroboam and Baasha, completely removed from eartgh;   God sees and knwos those things done that provokes God to anger and caused Israel to sin;
21:23    And of JEzebel also spake the Lord, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.    And God said/spok3e;   God decalres judgement against Jezebel also;  foretells what shall be;  Omnipresent;
21:24    God continues to speak judgement on all of Ahab's family;  utter destruction;

22:16     tell me nothing but that which is true in the name of the Lord?     God's Name speaks through God's man revealed God's will and way;
22:17      And he said, I saw all Israel scattered upon the hills, as sheep that have not a shepherd:  and the Lord said, these have no master; let them return every man to his house in peace.    God reveals what is about ot happen;   And God said/spoke;   Omniscient;  Omnipresent;
22:19     Hear thou therefore the word of the Lord:  I saw the Lord sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by Him on His right hand and on His left.    And God said/spoke;   God sits upon His throne in heaven;  God's angels are on His right and left before Him;

22:23     Now, therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy propehts and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning thee.    God allowed Satan to fill lying prophets with deceit to bring to pass His destruction upon Ahab;   And God said/spoke;  God hath decalred evil against Ahab for his destruction;
22:24     which way went the Spirit of the Lord from me to speak unto thee?    God's Spirit goes whither HE wishes;   God's Spirit falsely spoken of by false propeht to Miciaiah;

PRAYER BLOG - DECEMBER 21

Greetings,

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU!!  I am sure I will not write again till after Christmas and toward the end of the year.   So let me express prayers and blessings upon you that read, pray, follow and support me.   May your cup be full and overflowing with joy, peace and love of our Lord.

"But the end of all things is at hand:  be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer."  I Peter 4:7

What a two fold message is here!  Not only the end of the year is upon us, but as I have shared, a ending of Biblical fulfillment is upon us.   Translators and missionary groups are reporting that at present course, the Gospel can reach the entire world, people groups and languages in the next 10 - 15 years.  The Lord allowing for us to live that long, we can see an 'end of the age' moment.   Thus hurling us into the last stage of prophecy.  If knowing this doesn't press ones soul to 'get ready' for the end  I don't know what will.   It s time to finish well, and understand that 2018 the end of all things is at hand.

Now, the instruction of course, mirrors what Jesus told Peter, James and John in the garden, 'watch and pray.'   Here we have this same message, "be sober, and watch unto prayer'.
--Be sober - you can't be physically sober, ingesting alcohol or drugs;  it affects perception, thought and response;   you  can't be spiritually sober, ingesting foolishness, evil and worldliness; it affects mind, heart and soul.   Be sober of what is going on, don't be disillusioned by man's ways;  man has taught humanism so much that it is the error of the church today.   Self, ease, worldly all of which dilutes soberness of God's will and way.
--Watch unto prayer - Oh, if we knew what was at stake, how quickly we would give ourselves to watch and pray.  To know our place is to be before the Lord.  so much at risk, so much at stake, great is the need of this hour.  The need of souls eternity, the need of deliverance for the addict, the need for the church to be Spirit filled and empowered by His Holy Ghost.   Great is the need for the Lord.   For if the Lord does not build the house, they labour in vain.

The end of the year is coming, the end of the age is coming;  where are you in relationship to the Lord.   Where are you in your walk with the Lord?   What a great testimony if here at the end of this year you are able to say, 'I've never been stronger and closer to the Lord."   Ah, but how few I find like this.   Most that I hear and know are sitting idle, wanting to be strong, be faithful, yet, in constant failures and fallings.  Unable to rise above and do that which their convictions lead them to do.  Why?  They refuse to be sober, to watch unto prayer.

I believe that this has a key element of learning for the Christian.  To watch, is a lost discipline before the Lord.   While watching, one observes, one meditates, one hears from the Lord, one gives time and place to that which is truly important and eternal and of priority to the Lord.   The mad rush, the busyness, the fervor of agendas and schedules eradicates time alone with God.  Thus the weakness of the soul and the spirit in the things of God.  We do not know the value of an hour with the Lord in the American church.

We don't know it in the worship services, we don't know it in the secret closet.   Too much of 'its about me', which grieves the Holy Spirit.   Out of the Word, out of prayer and silent before a lost world about Christ, salvation and eternity; these are the provocation of the church before the Lord.  These must be changed and corrected, as the end of the year comes, and the New year begins.   Look unto the Lord, adore and gaze upon Him;  see Him, high and lifted up;  give place and time to Him Who is worthy.

Realize now, what is at stake at the end of this year, at the end of the age.   Ge ready, for the end is here.  And we must all give an answer to the Lord for the things done, not done;  give an answer for the good, for the evil; give an answer for everything done and not done in the body, mind, heart and life.   Let us finish well and be right as He is right.

EPIDEMICS:

1.  Drugs/Alcohol - impact, legislation in the farm bill passed and signed to legalize HEMP;  continues to claw away at legalizing all use of drugs, this is where we are headed, same as prohibition.    Deaths from all these sins are over 100,000 yearly; and the affects are too numerous to understand

2.  Cancer - several great testimonies and answered prayers;  but also more names added, upwards towards 2 dozen names;

3.  Great Evil - the rise of murder-suicides;  street killings;  Praise God that as Christmas break comes for schools, we can rejoice in the minimal cases of school shootings/stabbings over the last 4 months;   pray toward the New year;

4.  LGBT - continued subversion of children and next generation into this sin;  Larger numbers bodies, minds and souls affected, Increasing to high percentage of majority.  Only a remnant spared.

5.  Children - more children killed by family, several incidents on the rise with this;  Yemen impact of famine/war;

6.  Natural Disasters - 7.4 in Russia;  this is the 3rd 7.0 in this month;  4 within the last 3 weeks;  expecting one more before close of the year;   this have been in remote areas, so minimal loss of life and impact;   Flooding; drought in Alaska;

The 3 things that I am watching to see is the economy; war; and pestilence.
Economy - dow jones has bottomed out after record setting over the last year;   this was pretty much expected, but wait to see of further ramifications for utter collapse.   the hiccups of it rising and falling is not the issue, it is the utter collapse of stability in ecnomies and markets world wide.   They are all built on the backs of each other, one falls, collapse of the whole.

War - always interested to see where, when and how this explodes;  China/US tensions over waters in Pacific, Taiwan and islands;   Syria is now an open issue with Trump pulling troops out.  No checks or balances for Iran;  North Korea issues coming in the new year if they fail to comply.

Pestilence - Ebola outbreak in Democratic Congo;  500 infected, 300 dead;   rising;  flu, and other issues to watch in 2019;

PRAYER BLOG - DECEMBER 13

Greetings,
"Be of good courage, and let us play the men for our people, and for the cities of our God:  and the Lord do that which seemeth Him good."   II Samuel 10:12

It is one of the great verses in the Bible!   Brought dear to the heart upon reading Foxe's Book of Martyrs with the account of Dr. Ridley and Bishop Latimer when they was burned at the stake for their faithfulness to preach and teach and stand for the Word of God among those heretics, priests of the Catholic church.    And upon being burned at the stake, when the fire was laid at Ridley's feet, Latimer looked upon him and encouraged him with this verse, "'PLAY THE MAN' will have a new body in the morning":.   Ah! such strength in the face of evil, of death, of this unjustice;  all to know that God Who holds our very breath, holds our lives and soul also.   ah! how this should quicken the soul and revolve of any of God's people.   Forever, I pray, will the Lord allow for this account to be burned into my memory and heart.   Forever to be remembered to 'Play the man for my Lord; for He will do what He seemeth good'.    And what sayest thou of thyself?

As we approach the end of the year, 19 days, 'have you played the man for your Lord?'  will you?   Everything is coming to a head in glorious fashion for our Lord' kingdom.   Our time is quickly hastening on.   Much confession of wasted time, energy and resources throughout this past year; but just as much as rejoicing what God has done, begun and completing.   I praise God for all those that have testified that they have read their bibles through, some several times through.  Praise God for those that have completed for the first time.   What joy I get to see the joy in their life of those that finished.    How much more for those that have testified of answered prayers, these are numerous.  There is much to consider of what the Lord has done and is doing in us and through us.   but how much more for what He wants to do through the soul that says, 'Play the man for the Lord'.   Are you there?

And there is much in these remaining weeks and days of this year and that which is to come in the New year for us to 'play the man for our Lord'.  The devil is as busy, having laid the groundwork for decades, in indulgences, in availability, in opportunites, he is seizing souls left and right.  Many of them are very own.   How many parents are crying out for their childrens souls?  How many grandparents crying out for their grandchildren?   How many spouses? sibilings, friends, church memebers?   Oh, brethren, it is not a time to grow weary in well doing;  but PLAY THE MAN!  do you not know that their souls are in eternal jeopardy?  Yes, I believe you do;  but understand that the majority in the church does not realize this truth.

Too many involved in the Christmas gala, entertainment, selfish times, will lose sight that while their eyes are on the world, Satan is stealing, killing and destroying.   He does not take holidays.   PLAY THE MAN!  rise up and understand that, yes, we can enjoy the holiday, but don't lose time in the secret closet, in the Word, in the opportunities to witness.   Finish strong brethren!  Prepare to finish strong so you might start strong in the New year for His glory and the advancement of His kingdom here on earth.

PLAY THE MAN!   Be all that His Holy Spirit is leading you to be and do.   Surrender afresh, even this moment in His glorious raptured  Holiness.  Yield time to Him, that He has been drawing you for.   Be anointed and filled with His Holy Spirit that you may walk in the power of His great name and do great exploits for our mighty Lord and King.   Keep looking unto Jesus and find peace with Him.   Everythings at stake; future, souls, freedom, blessings.   And all can be taken away in a moment.   that day is soon approaching, so while we have today, 'PLAY THE MAN'.
